Membership Categories

• Membership fee is $50 for 1 year 
• Membership fee is $100 for 2 years
• Membership fee for Life Membership:  $400 (Term – 10yrs)
• Retired Nurse (Non-practicing): $25 for 1 year
• Student (Pre-licensure): $15 for 1 year
• Licensed Practical Nurse: $20 for 1 year
• Associate Membership: $ 45 for 1 year

Our fiscal year for membership shall be from January 1st to December 31st (same as the calendar year of the association).

1. Full Membership
Qualifications for membership of AZINA  shall be:

• Registered professional nurse of Indian origin or heritage.
• Must have a current RN license in any state or territory of the USA.
• Resident of Arizona or currently employed in Arizona.
• Must be of good professional standing (not revoked or suspended license).
• Must agree with the mission and comply with the rules and bylaws set by AZINA.

2. Affiliate Membership

Retired nurses (currently not in practice after holding US RN licensure), Student Nurses (who are currently enrolled in pre-licensure program) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)  of Indian origin/heritage, can be affiliate members of AZINA by paying the required membership dues.

3. Associate Membership

Nurses who are not of Indian origin/ heritage can be given associate membership if they support the mission of the chapter. Associate members do not hold voting privilege or the right to serve the organization as elected officers.

Responsibilities of Membership

Each member has the responsibility to uphold the mission, vision, and values of AZINA to support the goals and objectives of the organization. Furthermore, members are to respect each other, promote teamwork, and uphold the professional nursing code of conduct at all times

When you complete the payment, PayPal will send you a payment confirmation email. AZINA will also send an email. Please save both emails for your records.

What if I have a question before I take the Membership?

Can you cancel my memebrship?

Yes,  you may cancel your membership any time.  Unfortunately we will not be able to refund your money.

When I join AZINA, am I eligible for any discounts?

Yes, you are eligible to receive Tuition discount from multiple universities.  When you join AZINA, you will become a member of NAINA, our parent organization.  NAINA has agreement with multiple universities for getting discounts for NAINA and it’s Chapter Members.

What is your fiscal year?

When I join AZINA am I eligible for discounts

Yes, you are eligible to receive tuition scholarships/discount from multiple universities if you have a life membership (10 yrs) with AZINA.  When you join AZINA, you will become a member of NAINA, our parent organization.  NAINA has agreement with multiple universities for getting discounts for NAINA and its Chapter Members. Grand Canyon University offers 15 % tuition scholarship/discount for family members as well.

Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes.  If you have an active membership of 1 Year or 2 Years, you can upgrade your membership to 10 years Life Membership.  Please click on the link below to upgrade your membership:

Can I join AZINA any time?

Yes, you can join us by completing the membership online any time.

Do you have different membership categories?

Yes, we have different categories:

What if I move it to another State in US?

You will still get all our member benefits until your membership period ends. The membership fee is not transferable to another state association.

Do you accept check payments for the membership?

In order to track membership and avoid manual work, we prefer you to use our online platform to complete your membership payment.

Is there a fee for your educational webinar?

No. Members can attend our educational webinar and will be given Contact Hours

Can I keep my existing Virtual NAINA membership and be a member of AZINA

No, Your virtual NAINA membership will be converted to AZINA membership and fund will be transferred to AZINA.
